Glucagon is the hormone responsible for countering the fat making properties of other hormones. The diet should have fibre which helps with digestion, such as fresh fruits and vegetables since these are rich in fibre and are also low in calories. Drink plenty of water because your metabolism is a chemical process running on water.
Another healthy way to lose weight is to cut down on alcohol and avoid processed sugars. There are unhealthy ways of losing weight that you should avoid such as liposuction, starving yourself, and going on a diet that is not balanced.
